Our San Diego based training program will give your career a head start
This is not your average, run-of-the-mill Assistant Program! This isn’t an assistant program at all!
This is San Diego’s most comprehensive education and shadowing program that helps you build the real behind-the-chair, business, and marketing skills you need to fast-track becoming a knowledgeable, profitable, and independent stylist.
The Program
We foster a culture of growth, helping our graduates view challenges as a chance to learn and expand. Every experience in our program is essential for building resilience and improving skills in a changing industry.
The BBRTP is based on the following three pillars of education:
-
Here, we focus on teaching you techniques and basics that you will use on real models. You will learn to combine your skills and approaches to personalize your guest experience and improve your color formulation for confident choices. Your progress will be noted through written assessments, verbal feedback during projects, and a brief meeting to review your experience and mentor's feedback.
-
This is where you watch, learn, and assist one of the mentors. Your main goal here is to become one of the team and soak in as much information as you can. Questions are welcomed and your mentor will give you written and verbal feedback on your performance and participation.
-
This is where you Learn to build your dream business. TCCS group classes and foundational business classes will give you the skills to manage a Booth Rental career. After each class, you'll receive assignments to complete before the next session. This helps you establish good habits to succeed in business. Your final project will bring everything together, and you'll receive written and spoken feedback to support your growth.
